Discipline doesn’t mean you make sure you have breakfast at eight o’clock in the morning and you’re out of the house at half-past eight. Discipline means that when you conceive something, you decide whether or not it is worth following through, and if it’s worth following through, then follow it through to its logical conclusion – and do it to the best of your ability.

Friday Quote – Tiffany Madison
The Second Amendment is timeless for our Founders grasped that self-defense is three-fold: every free individual must protect themselves against the evil will of the man, the mob, and the state.
Friday Quote – Spike Cohen
Statism is the very paradoxical idea that people are inherently greedy and self-interested and therefore we should pick a handful of them and give them all the power.
Friday Quote – Greg Lukianoff
Words are supposed to hurt. That’s considered a legitimate way of fighting things out. And what did it replace in the historical scene? It replaced actual violence. Words are supposed to be free so we CAN actually fight things out, in the battleplace of ideas, so we don’t end up fighting them out in civil wars. If we try to legitimately ban anything that can hurt someone’s feeling, everyone is reduce to silence.
Friday Quote – Gaston Bachelard
If I were asked to name the chief benefit of the house, I should say: the house shelters daydreaming, the house protects the dreamer, the house allows one to dream in peace.
Friday Quote – Lew Rockwell
The danger to a free society is not the guns owned by the citizens but an unconstrained government, especially one that is better armed than the public. An armed society is a self-governing society, just as a disarmed people are vulnerable to arbitrary power of every kind.
Friday Quote – Joe Rogan
What is the number of veterans in this country? I mean, it’s gotta be more than a million. There are so many people in this country that really understand violence, and they’re not the ones calling for violence. They’re not the “punch a Nazi” people. The people that really understand violence, that have seen violence, that have committed violence for their country, those are the motherfuckers that you break glass in case of war. You need them and people don’t understand that. These people running around, calling for violence, calling for revolution; you are going to open a door that you can never close. And when those soldiers come pouring our of that door to defend what they think is an attack on their freedoms and their country, you’re fucked.
Friday Quote – Milton Friedman
The key insight of Adam Smith’s “Wealth of Nations” is misleadingly simple: If an exchange between two parties is voluntary, it will not take place unless both believe they will benefit from it. Most economic fallacies derive from the neglect of this simple insight, from the tendency to assume that there is a fixed pie, that one party can gain only at the expense of another.
Friday Quote- John McWhorter
People have been warning us that language was going to the dogs ever since Latin started turning into French. Yet the dogs in question never seem to emerge yelping on the horizon.
Friday Quote- Thomas Jefferson
To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.
